Who services your policy? Tool

If you are unsure if you have a policy with the Phoenix Group please use our ‘who services your policy?’ tool. Please type the issuing company name where you bought your policy from in the search box below, and press ‘search’.

If your policy is with the Phoenix Group, you will be told which life company your policy is now with, and given a link to their contact details. The issuing company name can be found on your original policy documentation.

If you can’t find the issuing company you are looking for, and believe your policy is with the Phoenix Group, please complete the attached online form.
