Career and Experience:
Angela joined Phoenix Group in January 2026 with over 20 years of executive leadership experience.
Angela joined Phoenix Group from NatWest Group where she spent 20 years in a number of senior executive roles, including as Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Retail Bank. Most recently, Angela was interim Chief Executive Officer of the Retail Bank, where she led the innovation of customer experience, driving financial performance and ensuring regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience leading customer businesses and digital transformation.
