Our Asset Management function efficiently oversees £260bn of assets. They work closely with our external asset management partners and are responsible for creating value for our customers and shareholders.

Our independent audit and regulatory functions work across the business by performing regularly scheduled reviews and the provision of ongoing advisory involvement with key business areas, and to provide a risk management service in support of business functions.

Marketing & Communications

Our Marketing & Communication teams are responsible for how people interact with Phoenix Group and our family of brands. They create and deliver brilliant communications across all our channels. From managing our brands, telling engaging stories, extending the reach of our business to creating seamless customers journeys. 

Roles include Digital Marketing, Brand, Content, UX Design, Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Internal Communications.



Procurement ensures we have the right goods, services and suppliers to deliver our business objectives. They ensure all our purchases are compliant with our policies and support the business on the more complex purchases, including managing competitive bids and contract negotiations.

Roles include Supplier Relationship Managers and Procurement Managers.

They utilise tried and tested project delivery methods to ensure that the business is run as efficiently and succinctly as possible. They partner with business areas to procure services and deliver solutions that meet the current and long term objectives of our business.
